Who We Are
The mission of this site is to help current or prospective insight meditation practitioners receive training and teacher guidance when a teacher is not locally available or when traveling to a teacher's location is not convenient or possible.
There are no fees for any services offered. This site and the services offered are supported only by dana.
We offer the following online services to our sangha
Online classes and interviews are held via Skype. Questions about practice are taken either via Skype, phone, or email.
All Skype sessions must be scheduled in advance using the email or phone number located on this page.
Meditation classes are one-on-one.
